About Me

Political Involvement is Fun(damental)
I am an 18 year old painter, dog groomer, and dog mom. Politics have always interested me, and I find it compelling how they can bring people together or completely separate us. I grew up in an extremely conservative and religious family, and it took years for me to develop my own views. Not to mention, developing the liberal views I have today has caused tension within my family. I am taking government not only because it is required for my major, but because I want to be able to better inform my family and friends why I believe what I do. I ranked tribune on the civic knowledge survey and I scored 10/12 on the current events quiz.
